Brittany has advanced training in various evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia, she is poised to graduate with honors in Fall 2024.

Hailing from the United States Virgin Islands, Laura actively challenges cultural stigmas surrounding mental health with a profound understanding and respect for diverse cultural perspectives. Her therapeutic approach prioritizes creating a welcoming and secure environment, encouraging clients to explore their challenges and painful past experiences that may be hindering their day-to-day happiness.

Laura's training encompasses a variety of evidence-based therapies aimed at assisting clients in processing their struggles and achieving their personal objectives. Furthermore, she is actively pursuing a Marriage and Family Counseling certification, enriching her ability to address intricate issues within relational dynamics.

Lindsay Seguin is a dedicated clinical social work intern pursuing her studies at the top-ranked University of Southern California. With a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and problem-solving therapy, Lindsay is committed to empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges and cultivate positive change.

Driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others reach their fullest quality of life and happiness, Lindsay transitioned from an executive-level business background to pursue her true calling as a therapist. Drawing from her rich experience in the corporate world, Lindsay brings a unique perspective to her practice, understanding the complexities, difficulties, and burdens of both professional environments and personal struggles.

In her practice, Lindsay is undergoing comprehensive training in PTSD therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and depression therapy. This diverse skill set equips her to address a wide range of mental health issues with empathy, insight, and skills.

Alex's journey through healthcare has been anything but ordinary. From the frontlines of drug and alcohol detox centers to the nuanced realm of outpatient mental health therapy, she's seen it all. Her hands-on experience has honed her understanding of the intricate web of challenges within mental health care, giving her a perspective few possess.

But Alex's expertise extends far beyond clinical settings. She's founded a non-profit, Project Warm Atlanta, and has dedicated herself to caring for Alzheimer’s patients. Alex is a shining example of what it means to serve her community, weaving empathy into everything she does.

In her role, Alex brings more than organizational skills; she has a passion for making a positive impact, a dedication to excellence, and an unwavering commitment to the community.
