Jeanes Mental Health Services is a fully virtual, HIPAA-compliant group psychotherapy practice serving clients throughout Georgia and North Carolina.
At JMHS, we view ourselves as psychotherapists first. Our clinical culture emphasizes competence, thoughtful case conceptualization, continued learning, and treatment that goes beyond supportive counseling. Our associate clinicians receive:

Flexible scheduling within a fully remote practice
Competitive per-session compensation with increases based on experience
Up to $6,000 in incentive bonuses per fiscal year in addition to base compensation
Opportunities to advance into fully licensed provider roles within JMHS
Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain approximately 25 scheduled appointments per week, with a productivity expectation of 22 completed sessions per week.
What We Value
Develop as a Clinician
We believe supervision should do more than fulfill a requirement. Our goal is to help associate clinicians become confident, thoughtful, and highly competent psychotherapists. Associate clinicians receive weekly supervision from experienced licensed clinicians, along with ongoing opportunities for case consultation, training, and professional development. Our clinicians have opportunities for training in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Additional advanced training opportunities may include EMDR, Gottman Method, Trauma-Informed Care, and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
The Clinical Work
Our clinicians provide psychotherapy for individuals and couples through secure telehealth platforms, addressing a range of clinical concerns, including PTSD and trauma-related conditions, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Clinicians are expected to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based interventions, monitor treatment progress, and adjust their approach when clinically indicated. We also place a strong emphasis on timely, concise clinical documentation and collaborative consultation when cases require additional support.
Why Clinicians Choose JMHS
We want our clinicians to be able to focus their energy on becoming excellent therapists. JMHS provides the infrastructure and support needed to build and maintain a caseload, including administrative support, billing, insurance credentialing, scheduling assistance, active marketing, and a consistent referral flow. We maintain full caseloads for our clinicians and can typically build a new clinician's caseload within 2-4 weeks.
Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in clinicians who are curious, teachable, clinically motivated, and willing to continually strengthen their skills. Candidates should hold a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field and have an active associate-level license such as an LMSW, APC, LAMFT, or equivalent credential in Georgia and/or North Carolina. Clinicians must also be eligible for licensure in both Georgia and North Carolina. JMHS can provide guidance and assistance to selected clinicians navigating the additional licensure process. Most importantly, we are looking for clinicians who want to understand their clients, sharpen their clinical judgment, learn evidence-based approaches, receive feedback, and continually improve their practice.
