Pre-Licensed, Provider

Patricia Valles Viramontes, MSW Intern, is completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Her interest in mental health began during her college years, when access to supportive resources helped her make sense of challenges she had previously struggled to name. That experience shaped her decision to enter the field.

Patricia brings a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to her work. She draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) to help clients understand the patterns among thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, which can lead to the development of practical coping strategies for daily life.

A core focus of Patricia’s work is building a trusting therapeutic relationship. She values openness, honesty, and collaboration and approaches each client with cultural responsiveness and respect for their lived experience. She is particularly interested in supporting individuals managing stress or anxiety, navigating life transitions, strengthening relationships, and developing greater self-awareness.
